Location : Aquatic Pool Complex/Sir Garfield Sobers Sports Centre

Races Start at 7:00 am. The order will be Youngest to Oldest

age-group --- Females begin first.

N.B: Female & Male races may be combined if numbers are small.

Also, different age-groups may be combined in a race, for the

same reason. Relays teams must be TWO kids only.

Swim: Across the 25 metre length of the Pool shallow end. Poor

swimmers are allowed to "walk" the swim lap(s).

Ride & Run: Paved 0.75K loop around the Pool complex.

No vehicular traffic during races & HELMETS ARE A MUST.

NO HELMET ===> NO RACING !!!

Officials in the transition zone will assist those who are unable

to rack/unrack their bikes. ALL OTHER PERSONS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN

THIS TRANSITION ZONE !!!

Points: 1st ---> 2nd ---> 3rd ---> 4th ---> Finisher

Entry: Fill in an Entry Form which is available from the

Aquatic Centre or our webpage. Forms must be returned to the

Aquatic Centre on Saturday before race. Age on of 31st Dec. 2008.

Raffle: Free raffle prizes for ALL taking part. Race numbers are

drawn randomly at the end of the series.You can win great gifts

& prizes.
