RACE BRIEFING

(Raceday: Sunrise @ 5:56 am & High Tide @ 6:34 am)

Will take place at the Race site, on Spring Garden Highway, on SATURDAY 10^th October 2009 at 4:00PM…. ie: the day before the race !!!

This will also be the deadline to enter the races !!!

At the Briefing, you will receive your Race Kit containing your Race Numbers (Bike & Run), Swim Cap, T-Shirt, and other race related information.

The Race Director will explain all three sections of the Course and Transition area. The Swim course buoys will be in place for the Briefing but the Bike & Run course cannot be fully setup until race morning. This will be repeated on Race morning, 15 minutes before the Start.
